  10. The  'AMORT - LOAN AMORTIZATION' application program requires the
  11. follow system environment in order to operate.
  12.  
  13.                  IBM PC (or compatible)
  14.                  MS-DOS 3.10 (or greater)
  15.                  512k free memory
  16.                  Printer (any)
  17.                  Floppy or hard disk (with 500k free space)
  18.                  Monochrome or color
  19.  
  20. The   diskette  that  your  copy  of  'LOAN  AMORTIZATION'    was
  21. distributed   to  you on CAN NOT be used for   calculating   your
  22. loan  amortization schedules.  First make a backup copy  of  this
  23. distribution disk and then install 'LOAN AMORTIZATION' on  either
  24. your hard disk, or floppy disk, system.  If you are using a  hard
  25. disk system it is suggested that you create a sub-directory  that
  26. will contain the 'LOAN AMORTIZATION' program 'AMORT.EXE'.
  27.  
  28. INSTALLING 'LOAN AMORTIZATION' ON SYSTEMS WITH A HARD DISK DRIVE:
  29. --------------------------------------------------------
  30. AMORT.EXE is to large to reside on a 360k floppy disk and should
  31. be loaded onto your hard disk.
  32.  
  33.        To load AMORT from distribution disk placed in drive 'A':
  34.        Enter from your 'C>' prompt:  A:INSTALL <enter>
  35.  
  36.        To load AMORT from distribution disk placed in drive 'B':
  37.        Enter from your 'C>' prompt:   B:INSTALL <enter>
  38.  
  39. INSTALLING 'LOAN AMORTIZATION' ON A FLOPPY DISK
  40. ---------------------------------
  41. In  order to run  'LOAN AMORTIZATION'  on  a  floppy disk  system
  42. you  need a total free disk space in excess of 400k.  This  means
  43. that  you  can  not run the AMORT program from  a  standard  360k
  44. floppy  disk  ( the program is too large to fit on this  size  of
  45. disk).
  46.  
  47. Insert the 'LOAN AMORTIZATION' distribution disk into drive  'A'.
  48.  
  49. Load  a formated floppy disk (with free space in excess of  400k)
  50. into  disk drive 'B'.  Make this disk the default drive  you  are
  51. operating from by entering:
  52.  
  53.                            B: <return>
  54.  
  55. Decompress and copy the AMORT.EXE program from your  distribution
  56. to the new disk in drive 'B' by entering the following command:
  57.  
  58.                    A:INSTAMOR <return>
  59.  
  60.  
  61. Remove the 'LOAN AMORTIZATION' distribution disk from drive 'A'.
  62.  
  63. You now have a working copy of 'AMORT' on your 'B' disk.  To load
  64. your program just enter:
  65.  
  66.                           AMORT <enter>
  67.

  90. Texas  and shall inure to the benefit of  MICRO DATA  ASSIST  and
  91. any successors, administrators,  heirs and assigns. Any action or
  92. proceeding brought by either party  against the other arising out
  93. of  or  related  to this  agreement  shall be brought only in   a
  94. STATE  or FEDERAL  COURT  of competent  jurisdiction  located  in
  95. Collin County, Texas. The parties hereby consent to  in  personam
  96. jurisdiction of said courts.

  98. This  is  copyrighted software. You are  not  obtaining title  to
  99. the software or any copyright rights. You  may not   sub-license,
  100. rent,    lease,    convey,    modify,  translate,   convert    to
  101. another   programming   language, decompile,   or  dissemble  the
  102. software for any  purpose. You  may  make as many copies of  this
  103. software   as   you need for back up purposes. You may  use  this
  104. software  on more than one computer, provided there is no  chance
  105. it  will  be used simultaneously on more than one   computer.  If
  106. you   need   to use the software  on  more   than   one  computer
